Snack - Autumn Fruit Bowl

For a delicious healthy snack or dessert try this Autumn Fruit Bowl.



















Simply cut up some different fruits; this example uses plums, apples, and grapes and then add some raisins and sunflower seeds. It has lovely autumn colours and little fingers can rummage and pick through the bowl to discover the different textures and mix up the tastes as they eat different combinations! A great way to encourage healthy and enjoyable eating!
