Banana Bites

To make these delicious Banana Bites you will need:
  • Bananas (chopped)
  • Melted chocolate (adding a drizzle of olive oil or butter before melting helps)
  • Crushed cereal, sprinkles, chopped nuts, or similar 

I wanted to share this quick, delicious snack with you. Yesterday we baked some cakes and surprisingly had some melted chocolate left over (I know!!); I have to admit that I was a bit chocoalte-ed out after eating a fair amount of the cake mixture, butter cream and chocolate chips, but I didn't want to waste the delicious-ness of it, so I decided to chop up some banana (into 6ths roughly) and roll them in the chocolate, then crushed up some weetabix (any cereal would work) and sprinkled that over the top of them. Then I popped them in the fridge for an hour or so and out came some yummy (not too unhealthy) snacks! These really are scrummy and I don't even like bananas! :-P
