Healthy Cereal Bar Snacks

My lovely friend Sam came for a play date and bought with her some delicious snacks - I had to get the recipe! She got the recipe in a cooking course with Jennifer Moore. From the recipe Sam relayed to me I adapted it to the following. I have not included quantities because Jake and I just really threw things into a bowl. :) But 1.5 cups of oats is a good start, and you can really add anything that you want. 
Mix all your ingredients together. It may help to briefly heat the mixture in a pan to allow the peanut butter and banana to be soft enough to mix well. 
Then press the mixture into a tray or shallow dish, about 2 or 3 cm thick. Then put the tray in the fridge for a couple of hours, or the freezer if you want to do it more quickly. 
Then turn it out of the tray.
and slice into bars.
And you have delicious, healthy, energising snack! Simple.
