Cardboard Creations

Cardboard is fantastic! You don't need to buy it as you can just recycle cereal boxes, nappy boxes, and any other packaging. And it can be used for hundreds of activities and toys for toddlers!

Create little toys for your toddler by sticking pictures onto cardboard, for example a picture of a mobile phone, then cut it out and you have a mini handheld phone for them to play with. My little one particularly enjoys putting in his pocket and taking it out to 'answer'!

You could also cut out cars, houses, teddies, tv characters and any other special interest your little one has! This idea might be useful for autistic children too.
