Jake LOVES jelly! I finally found a shop that sells green (lime) jelly and I was very excited as Ive been waiting ages to do this activity. Its really simple; put some plastic or rubber reptiles, bugs or amphibians in some jelly and let your little one play!
Jelly is great for sensory play; its gooey, wobbly, sticky, it smells and tastes good, you can put stuff in it, add water to it, pour it, stir it, hold it and eat it!
This was a really fun activity to do in the garden, the grass was a great addition to the green jelly and creatures, plus the sticky leftover mess wasn't a problem. :)
